يقدم البحث الحالي آطار نظري وتطبيقي يختبر العلاقة بين القيادة الرنانة وأثرها في النجاح المنظمي، فمن منظور القيادة الرنانة اختبر الباحث تأثير (اليقظة الذهنية, الأمل, والرحمة) على النجاح المنظمي عبر بعدين هما (الكفاءة والفاعلية)، وبالاعتماد على طريقة العينة القصدية تم توزيع (58) استبانة على مديري ومسؤولي مديرية التربية / الرصافة الثانية وكانت عدد الاستبانات الصالحة للتحليل الإحصائي هي (50) استبانة، واختبر الباحث فرضيات البحث باستخدام معامل الارتباط سبيرمان وتحليل الانحدار الخطي البسيط, وأثبتت أغلب النتائج التطبيقية للبحث صحة الفرضيات التي أقترحت، والتي على أساسها تم صياغة مجموعة من الاستنتاجات والتوصيات التي تضمنت جملة من الأساليب الضرورية لنجاح عمل المديرية العامة للتربية. The current research presents a theoretical and applied framework that examines the relationship between resonant leadership and its impact on organizational success, From the perspective of the resonant leadership, the researcher examined the effect of( mindfulness, hope, and compassion) on organizational success through two dimensions (efficiency and effectiveness), Depending on the method of intentionality sample was distributed (58) questionnaire managers and officials of the Second Education Rusafa Directorate, was the number of valid questionnaires for statistical analysis are (50) questionnaire, and researcher tested the hypotheses using the correlation coefficient (Spearman's) and analysis of simple linear regression, Most of the applied results of the research proved the validity of the hypotheses that were proposed, on the basis of which a set of conclusions and recommendations were formulated which included a number of methods necessary for the success of the work the Directorate General of Education.
