يهدف البحث الحالي للتعرف على دور المشرف الاختصاصي الاداري في تطوير عمل الادارة المدرسية من وجهة نظر مديري المدارس الثانوي اذ تقع على عاتقه مهمات ومسؤوليات كبيرة اتجاه نفسه وعمله بصفته قائد وموجها ومرشدا اذ يتعرض لكثير من المواقف التي تنشأ من مصادر متعددة تتعلق بإعداده وتعامله مع الهيئات الادارية والانظمة والقوانين والتعليمات، لذا قام الباحث بإجراء دراسة عن دور المشرف الاختصاصي الاداري في تطوير عمل الادارة المدرسية للتعرف على اثره، وكيفية تطوير عمل المؤسسات التربوية، لذا برزت أهمية البحث الحالي من خلال ما تقدم في اعلاه والذي يهدف للكشف عن المجالات التي توجد لدى المشرف الاختصاصي الاداري وهل هناك فروق ذات دلالة احصائية وفقا لمتغير الجنس وقد اقتصر البحث الحالي على مديري المدراس الثانوية في محافظة القادسية للعام الدراسي 2015-2016 واختير منهم (200) مدير ومديرة بواقع (125) مدير و(75) مديرة ثم اعد الباحث مقياس يتكون من (30) فقرة موزعة على اربعة مجالات هي (التخطيط التربيوي - التنظيم الاداري - الاتصال الادري - العلاقات الانسانية) وتم استخراج مؤشرات الصدق والثبات وتوصل البحث الى جملة من الاستنتاجات والتوصيات والمقترحات. The current research aims to identify the role of administration specialist supervisor the development of the school administration from the perspective of secondary school principals as lies upon himself a great responsibility towards himself and his duties as commander and directed and mentor as exposed to many situations that arise from multiple sources relate prepared and dealing with administrative bodies the laws and regulations and instructions, so the researcher to conduct a study on the role of administration specialist supervisor the development of the work of the school administration to get to know its impact, and how to develop educational institutions, so figured the importance of current research through progress in the above, which aims to reveal the areas in which there is the administration specialist supervisor are there significant differences according to gender was limited current research on schools secondary managers in Qadisiyah province for the academic year 2015-2016 and were selected (200), director and director of (125), director and (75), director and promising researcher scale consists of (30) items distributed on four areas (Educational planning - administrative organization – administrative relationships - human relationships) were extracted indicators honesty, fortitude and research found to a number of conclusions and recommendations and proposals.
