هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى استنباط قواعد تربوية إدارية تساعد القادة والعاملين في إدارة أوقاتهم من خلال هديه وتتبع أقواله وأفعاله وتقريراته؛ وقد اعتمد الباحثان المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، والمنهج الاستقرائي بتتبع الأدبيات ذات الصلة والسيرة النبوية, والمنهج الاستنباطي. وخلصت الدراسة إلى أن: 1) رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم خير قائد وأكرم مربي لأتباعه رضوان الله عليهم، (خطط ونظم ووجه وراقب وتابع مهماته على أكمل وجه وأدى رسالته ونصح لأمته صلى الله عليه وسلم). 2) اهتمّ الإسلام بالوقت اهتمامًا بالغًا؛ باعتباره نعمة يجب استغلالها وعدم التفريط فيها، ومسئولية يسأل عنها العبد يوم القيامة. 3) كل الشعائر والعبادات الدينية تعتمد في ضبطها ودقتها على الوقت، والإسلام يطالب المسلم بأن يكون سبّاقًا للخير، مغتنمًا لعمره، مستغلاًّ لوقته. 4) استنباط ثلاثين قاعدة تربوية لإدارة الوقت من هديه صلى الله عليه وسلم، يستفيد منها المسلم عامة، والقائد الإداري خاصة، في إدارته لوقته بكافة أنواعه، وهي عبارة عن(مرتكزات أساسية، قيم وسلوكيات، تنظيمات) وتم توضيحها في شكل هرمي. أهم التوصيات: وضع خطة شاملة في جامعات البلدان الإسلامية لتبني قضية إسلامية المعرفة، والعناية بجانب التأصيل الإسلامي لمختلف العلوم والمعارف، والقيام بدراسات وأبحاث بشيء من التفصيل لاستنباط القواعد والاستراتيجيات التربوية والإدارية وفق آيات القرآن الكريم والسنة النبوية المطهرة, وإبراز مفهوم حفظ الوقت في المناهج المدرسية؛ وذلك عن طريق مناهج التربية الإسلامية بتدريس سيرته صلى الله عليه وسلم وربطها بالمفاهيم التربوية والإدارية الحديثة, وأهمية الرقابة الذاتية والاهتمام بالوقت واحترام قيمته، وضرورة تفعيل الحوكمة وأجهزة الرقابة في المؤسسات المختلفة، والاهتمام بإعادة هندسة العمليات الإدارية وتفعيل استخدام التقنيات الحديثة التي تسهم في حفظ الوقت. This study aimed to develop educational administrative rules to help leaders and workers in managing their times by following the teachings, words and deeds of Prophet Mohammed peace be upon him. The researchers adopted the descriptive analytical approach, the inductive approach by tracking the related relevant literature and the deductive approach. This study resulted in: 1) Prophet Mohammed Peace Be Upon him is the best leader and the most generous commander for his followers may Allah bless them all (He planned, managed, guided, watched, continued his duties to the fullest, led his mission and advised his nation, peace be upon him). 2) Islam gave time great attention as a blessing that should be used and not wasted and a responsibility that everyone will be asked about in the Day of Resurrection. 3) All religious rituals and worships are based mainly on time. Islam also demands all Muslims to be in a race for good and make advantage of their ages and times. 4) Deduction of thirty educational rules from Prophet Mohammed teachings for time management. These rules could benefit Muslims in general and administrative leaders specifically in all types of time management. These rules are formed as basic foundations, values, behaviors and organizational rules and presented in a pyramidal chart. Important Recommendations: Develop a comprehensive plan in all universities at Islamic countries to adopt the Islamic knowledge, care about rooting Islamic knowledge in various sciences and areas of knowledge, and carry out studies and detailed researches for the development of educational and administrative rules and strategies in accordance with the verses of the Quran and the Sunnah. In addition to that, this plan should highlight the concept of saving time in school curriculums via Islamic education curriculums which should teach the lifestyle and teachings of Prophet Mohammed and linked it to the modern educational and administrative concepts, enhance the importance of selfcensorship and the interest on time and its value. It should also highlight the importance of activating governance and oversight bodies in different institutions, taking care in re- engineering administrative processes and activating the use of modern technologies that could contribute to time conservation.
