هدفت هذه الدراسةُ إلى تقديم تصورٍ مقترحٍ لتفعيل المشاركة المجتمعية في المدرسة الثانوية وفق رؤية المملكة 2030؛ وذلك من خلال التعرف على واقع المشاركة المجتمعية ومعوقاتِ تنفيذها وسبلِ تفعيلها، واستخدمت الدراسةُ البحثَ النوعي عبر مقابلة عينة مكونة من (62) مديرًا ومعلمًا في المرحلة الثانوية، وتم اختيارُهم بطريقة عمدية، وأشارت نتائجُ الدراسة إلى ضعف المشاركة المجتمعية في المدارس الثانوية التي تواجه معوقاتٍ عديدة؛ كان أبرزها المعوقات الثقافية والإدارية، كما أشارت الدراسةُ إلى أن سبلَ تفعيل المشاركة المجتمعية يتم عبرَ نشر ثقافتها في المجتمع، مع وجود تنظيمٍ إجرائيٍّ لها، وإعطاء مدير المدرسة الثانوية كافةَ الصلاحيات لتنفيذها، وقدمت الدراسةُ تصورًا مقترحًا يعتمد على مدخلِ تحليلِ النظم؛ بحيث إن المدخلات هي مبادراتُ المجتمع للمدرسة، والعمليات هي أنشطة وفاعلية المدرسة التي توظف تلك المبادرات، والمخرجات تكون النتائج المأمولة، واستُخدمَ أسلوبُ دلفاي لتحكيم التصور. The aim of this study is to present a suggested perception for activating community participation in secondary school according to the Kingdom vision (2030), by identifying the reality of community participation and the obstacles that facing its activation and implementation. The study used the qualitative research by interviewing a (62) principals and teachers at the secondary stage as the sample of the research, which was mainly selected to fulfil the objective of the study. The results of the study indicated that, there is a weakness of the community participation, due to many obstacles, the most prominent of which were the cultural and administrative ones. The study suggested many ways to activate community participation. One of these ways is to spread out its culture in the community, in addition to the existence of procedural organization of this community participation. The other way is to give the heads of schools all authority to implement it. The study came up with suggested perception based on the systems analysis approach so that to consider the inputs as the community initiatives for the school and the processes to be considered as the effective activities of the school to utilize these initiatives to come up with desired results as outcomes using Delphi method for the evaluation.
