عندما ترغب أي دولة في تطویر التعلیم تکون نقطة البدایة هي برامج إعداد المعلم لأن المعلم القادر على التدریس بشکل حدیث ومتطور یلائم التطورات الحادثة فی المجتمع و انعکاساتها على الطلاب، یمثل العامل الأساسي و المؤثر فی العملیة التعلیمیة، وفي هذا الإطار جاء هذا البحث الذي یهدف الى تحدید فعالیة التدریس المصغر کأحد مداخل إعداد المعلمین فی إکساب طالبات قسم الاقتصاد المنزلي بکلیة التربیة بالدلم کفایات تطبیق استراتیجیات التعلم النشط، والذی طبق على طالبات المستوى السادس والبالغ عددهن (39) طالبة تم تقسیمهن الی مجموعتین، تجریبیة درست استراتیجیات التعلم النشط بأسلوب التدریس المصغر، وضابطة درست بأسلوب المحاضرة التفاعلیة وتم تقییم طالبات المجموعتین باستمارة تقییم تشمل کفایات تطبیق استراتیجیات التعلم النشط. وقد اختیرت استراتیجیات التعلم النشط وفق آراء معلمات الاقتصاد المنزلي على مرحلتین لتحدید أکثر الاستراتیجیات استخداما فی تدریس موضوعات الاقتصاد المنزلي (التربیة الاسریة). وجاءت نتائج البحث لتؤکد صحة الفروض حیث کشفت عن فروق ذات دلالة إحصائیة مرتفعة لصالح المجموعة التجریبیة التي درست بأسلوب التدریس المصغر مما یعني إکتسابهن لکفایات تطبیق استراتیجیات التعلم النشط في تدریس موضوعات الاقتصاد المنزلي، وانتهی البحث بعدد من التوصیات من أهمها الاهتمام بتطویر برامج إعداد المعلمین وتفعیل التدریس المصغر حیث یمثل تعلیما وتدریبا في آن واحد. Any country needs to develop learning , has to begin with the preparing teacher program, because the teacher who is able to teach using modern and developing strategies which suit the modern developments in the society and its reflections on the students, is considered the main and effective factor in the learning process . As a result, the research aims at choosing the microteaching strategy as one of the approaches to prepare teachers in acquiring the students of the home economics department at the education college the competence of the active learning strategies application, that applied on (39) students at the sixth level, they were divided into two groups. The experimental group that studied the active learning strategies through the micro - teaching techniques and the control group that are taught through lecture technique. The two groups were assessed by using the assessment form that includes the applying of active learning strategies. The active learning strategies were chosen according to the economic home teachers on two stages to choose the most strategies that are used in teaching the home economics subjects (family education). The results of the research assure the correctness of the hypothesis that show high significant differences between the experimental group that studied the active learning strategies through the micro -teaching techniques and the control group that are taught through lecture technique. At last the research presents some recommends, the most important one is that the care of developing the preparing teachers program and applying the micro- teaching. This recommend is considered as teaching and practicing at the same time. (Published abstract)
