The aim of the research is to manufacture the rubber grid tool to teach the accuracy and speed of the motor response of the defense skill of the second class students, to prepare special exercises according to the designed tool, and to identify the effect of the exercises on teaching the accuracy and speed of the motor response of the defense skill among the second class students. The researcher used the experimental method. The sample of the research was selected in a deliberate manner from the students of the second class of the industrial urban school (03 students), 21 students were selected for the main experiment using the random lot method. The percentage of the sample research was %34 from the original community. Through the results, the researcher concluded that the use of the designed tool led to the teaching of the accuracy and speed of the motor response of the skill of defending the field of students of the second class, and that the implementation of the exercises has contributed to accelerate their education level to a better level of learning in comparison with the normal exercises. The researcher recommended using the tool designed to teach other skills in volleyball with the need to use the special exercises of the designed tool for their role to improve the teaching of skills among the members of the research sample and the possibility of using the tool in some of the other skills of volleyball.
