The aim of the research is to design and apply a measure of the organizational citizenship behavior to the teachers of physical education in the secondary schools in Baghdad's educations. The researcher used the descriptive approach. The research sample included (686) managers representing the secondary schools of Baghdad's educations. The instructions of designing the questionnaire form are prepared, the pilot experiment, statistical analysis of the items of the questionnaire and the main experiment, and the statistical bag for social sciences (SPSS) is used. The researchers concluded the validity and reliability of the measure of the organizational citizenship behavior of the teachers of physical education in the general directorates of Baghdad's educations. The members of the research sample are characterized by their sense of the organizational citizenship behavior. The researchers recommended adopting the measure of the organizational citizenship behavior on other samples, and the interest and promotion of the organizational citizenship behavior by organizing development courses through specialized courses and workshops organized for this purpose because of their effect on the organizational citizenship behavior of them, and conducting similar studies on other samples.
