The aim of the research was to highlight the extent to which the teachers of physical education recognize the importance of diversification in the methods of learning, methods of training, the physical attributes, and to identify the potential relationship between the awareness of teachers of physical education and their theoretical knowledge in addition to the revelation of the physical education teachers in the field of physical preparation. The researcher used the descriptive approach for its convenience to the research requirements, while the sample included (42) teachers. The researcher concluded that most of the teachers of physical education take into consideration the appropriate and scientific method to learn skills and develop the abilities to train the physical character to be developed, which affects the physical aspect of the students players. He also concluded the teachers' awareness of the importance of diversification in the methods of learning and training as well as their various effects on the motivation of athletic achievement. He recommended to consider the teachers formation system in the field of learning and training in general as well as the field of physical preparation in particular with giving instructions to the teachers of physical education for the intermediate stages in order to develop their competence in this important area in the process of modern learning and training.
