هدف البحث إلى تنمیة مهارات الاستماع والتحدث لدى متعلمي اللغة العربیة الناطقین بغیرها فی المستوى المتوسط، وتحدید مدى فاعلیة نموذج بایبي البنائي فی تنمیة هذه المهارات؛ ولتحقیق هدف البحث قامت الباحثة بإعداد قائمة بمهارات الاستماع والتحدث، کما قامت بإعداد اختبار لقیاس مهارات الاستماع، وبطاقة ملاحظة لقیاس مهارات التحدث باللغة العربیة لدى الناطقین بغیرها، وتم تحدید الأهداف، والمحتوى التعلیمی الذی یصف المعارف والمهارات المراد إکسابها للمتعلم، ومصادر التعلم والأنشطة، وأسالیب التقویم ووسائله المناسبة للمتعلمین. کما تم تطبیق نموذج بایبي البنائي على مجموعة تجریبیة واحدة من متعلمي اللغة العربیة الناطقین بغیرها وتوصلت نتائج البحث إلى فاعلیة نموذج بایبي البنائي فی تنمیة مهارات الاستماع والتحدث لدى متعلمي اللغة العربیة الناطقین بغیرها فی المستوى المتوسط. The research aimed at developing listening and speaking skills for non- native speakers of Arabic language learners at the middle level, and determines the effectiveness of constructivist Bybee model on developing these skills. To achieve the aim of the research, the researcher prepared the list of the skills of listening and speaking, and the test to measure the listening skills, and note card for measuring speaking skills in the Arabic language for speakers of other languages, and the researcher were identified the objectives, and educational content that describes targeted knowledge and skills, and learning resources, activities, and evaluation methods and means. It was applied constructivist Bybee model on one experimental group of non- native speakers of Arabic language learners. Results of the research indicated at effectiveness of constructivist Bybee model on developing listening and speaking skills for non- native speakers of Arabic language learners. (Published abstract)
