يهدف البحث الحالي إلى تصميم بيئة تعلم حاسوبية تفاعلية لإکساب التلاميذ المعوقين سمعيا بعض المهارات الحسابية. ولقياس أثر بيئة التعلم على التحصيل العلمي وبقاء أثر التعلم لدى التلاميذ، سيستخدم الباحث اختبار تحصيلي يتم إعادته بعد ثلاث أسابيع من التطبيق لمعرفة بقاء أثر التعلم لدى التلاميذ، وتم تطبيق أدوات البحث على عينة مکونة من (40) طالبا مقسمة إلى مجموعتين أحدهما مجموعة تجريبية عددها (20) طالبا من طلاب مدرسة القادسية الابتدائية للصم بمحافظة الخرج، والأخرى مجموعة ضابطة عددها (20) طالبا عينة من فصول الأمل بمدرسة جعفر بن ابي طالب الابتدائية لضعاف السمع بمحافظة الخرج، کما تم توظيف منهجين في البحث أولهما: المنهج الوصفي لمعالجة الإطار النظري المرتبط بالبحث من دراسات سابقة أو مرتبطة، وثانيهما: المنهج شبه التجريبي لقياس أثر المتغير المستقل "بيئة التعلم الحاسوبية التفاعلية" على المتغيرات المستقلة "التحصيل العلمي، وبقاء أثر التعلم"، ومن أبرز نتائج البحث أن تلاميذ المجموعة التجريبية الذين تعلموا عن طريق بيئة التعلم الحاسوبية التفاعلية زاد تحصيلهم العلمي عن تلاميذ المجموعة الضابطة، کما أن لديهم کما أکبر في بقاء أثر التعلم، ويوصي الباحث بتوظيف بيئات التعلم الحاسوبية التفاعلية لتعليم المفاهيم المختلفة للمعوقين سمعيا خلال مراحل تعليمهم المختلفة، ووضع المعايير الفنية والتربوية لبيئات التعلم للمعوقين سمعيا وباقي فئات ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة، کما يقترح البحث بالقيام باستراتيجية تدريبية مقترحة لمعلمي مدارس المعوقين سمعيا على توظيف تطبيقات التقنيات الحديثة داخل الفصل الدراسي.
