The current research entitled "A Comparative Study of the Ability of Creativity in Specialized School Workers for Individual and Interpersonal Games" aims at addressing the ability of creativity in its dimensions (originality, fluency, flexibility, sensitivity to solve problems) in the specialized schools, there is no doubt that these subjects are important for the sports institutions that sponsor sports talent. The problem of the current research was a comparative study of the ability of creativity between the two schools for the sports institutions to meet the challenges and rapid changes that have affected. This has led to two main hypotheses: First, there are no statistically significant differences in the ability to innovate among professionals in the specialized schools. For individual and .differential games the researcher used the descriptive approach to the nature of comparisons, and to verify the validity of the hypotheses applied to a sample of 100 employees of specialized schools in the Ministry of Youth and Sports. The questionnaire was used as a main tool for measuring the level of research variables. For the purpose of processing these data, Depending on the statistical program (SPSS). The research reached a number of conclusions and recommendations, the most important of which were: 1) The concept of creativity ability is the capabilities of the individual within an encouraging administrative environment and an appropriate administrative climate, and takes care of a new idea or work characterized by fluency, flexibility, originality and sensitivity to problems and development and development according to the capabilities of working individuals. 2) The researcher pointed out that the need of institutions for creative ability, including specialized schools in the Ministry of Youth and Sports, in view of the competitive environment in which these schools operate. To achieve this, it requires the establishment of administrative units concerned with the ability of administrative innovation and its promotion and development within a regulatory environment and environment. The approach of human management to encourage managerial creativity. The recommendations were: increasing the granting of appropriate material and moral incentives to the creative workers in the administrative work assigned to it. And increase the attention to flexible time that helps departments to complete their work in order to give time for creativity. (Published abstract)
