هدفت الدراسة إلى تحديد الاحتياجات التدريبية لأعضاء هيئة التدريس في جامعة البلقاء التطبيقية من وجهة نظرهم في مجالات تكنولوجيا التعليم كما هدفت إلى معرفة دور المتغيرات (الكلية، القسم العلمي، الرتبة الأكاديمية، عدد سنوات الخدمة الجامعية) على تلك الاحتياجات. ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة قام الباحث بإعداد وتطوير استبانة كأداة للدراسة اشتملت على (7) مجالات رئيسة و (38) فقرة. كذلك تم التحقق من صدق الأداة وثباتها. وقد تم استخلاص سبعة مجالات رئيسة يندرج تحت كل منها عدد من الحاجات التدريبية. اتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي. تكون مجتمع الدراسة من (1300) عضو هيئة تدريس أما عينة الدراسة فتكونت من (93) عضواَ من مجتمع الدراسة. وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن جميع الاحتياجات التدريبية الواردة في استبانة الدراسة احتياجات تدريبية مهمة لأعضاء هيئة التدريس في جامعة البلقاء التطبيقية. The study aimed to identify the training needs for faculty members at the University of in Al-Balqa Applied University in the fields of educational technology with the aim to find out the role of the variables (college, scientific section, academic rank, years of experience university) to those needs. To achieve the objective of the study, the researcher set up and develop a questionnaire as a tool for the study included the (7) key areas and 38 paragraph. It was also verifying the authenticity of the tool and stability. Has been drawn seven key areas fall under each of them a number of training needs. The study followed the descriptive approach. The study population of 1,300 faculty members The study sample (93) a member of the study population. The results of the study showed that all the training requirements contained in the questionnaire study the needs of a training mission for faculty members in Al-Balqa Applied University, also reported many study of proposals in which they can contribute to the success of the proposed training program.
