The emotional response is one of the most important and decisive factors in influencing the performance of the players, but in the results of sports competitions and in various games, whether individual or differential, because the lack of those needs will lead to a state of tension and psychological instability of the player and perhaps a state of frustration if not continued the satisfaction of these needs and this will not only affect the player himself but also the game of the team as the speed and results of that team, especially in the game of a game such as the game of volleyball as the speed of emotions would affect the level of concentration of the player and thus accuracy in the which depends on the results of the matches where it is one of the most important factors of the competition demonstrated by modern volleyball, which consists of the most important fundamentals that contribute to reach the team to achieve the achievement of the prestigious sports and here we may ask about the level of emotional response to the players of the University of Diyala volleyball and the relation between the accuracy of the transmission of these players, and the researcher used the descriptive approach in the style of interrelationships, and the research community of the players of the University of Diyala volleyball for the season 2012/2012 random way, where the number of players of the university (11) d reached 10players having been excluded (1) to conduct exploratory experiment consisted percentage of members of the sample (22%).
