The aim of the study is to study the relationship between the transfer of the effect of learning the skill of handling handball and basketball to learn the skill of handling the ball in transit and also the most influential knowledge to transfer the effect of learning the skill of handling handball and basketball to learn the skill of handling the ball rolling. To achieve the most learning to implement the skillful performance of handling skills and to invest the process of transferring the learning effect in the handball and basketball games that are most practiced by our students to make handling learning in the passing ball easier and more efficient. In this study, the researcher used the experimental method to suit the problem of the research. The research sample consisted of (18) students from the second grades of the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences / University of Baghdad. The conclusions were as follows: that the transfer of learning in the skill of handling in handball is more effective than the handling skills in basketball, which is better in transferring the impact of learning to the skill of handling in the ball cross. The study recommends that each teacher invest in transferring the impact of learning in the teaching of new skills and mastering the skillful performance of any of the basic skills in the effective learning of new skills.
