The importance of research in studying the positions of tennis players through the proper diagnosis and early to the ideal position will therefore lead to the evaluation of the event with the least effort and the shortest time and angle vision, which means the point of contact with the event by watching the event on an area not a few, such as the area of the tennis court, and associated with the nature of the solution knowledge and reading the schematic for the course of the game, as well as the cognitive aspect of the referees of the rules of the game, which must be promoted by the referees to a high level consistent with the requirements of their work in the field of play without hesitation, especially that there are always changes in the law of the game by the international federation, requires the rulers to be the level of responsibility in the problem of research is that the situation is one of the most important and the biggest problems facing the referee during the course of the game, as the researchers found through the visual observation and follow-up field and process and watch the video of several games and the many consultations of a group of game experts found that there is a great difference in the rulers in taking positions during the course of the game and at the highest levels due to the difference in levels in the cognitive side. The study aims to prepare a curriculum by means of teaching methods, preparing the cognitive test of the attitudes of the tennis rulers and the rules of the game, recognizing the effectiveness of the curriculum in developing the cognitive aspect of the positions of the tennis rulers and the rules of the game. The methodology developed has a statistically significant impact on the development of the cognitive aspect of the attitudes of tennis players and the laws of play. The fields of research are the human field: a sample of students in the third stage in the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports Sciences / University of Diyala, temporal field: the period from (31/12/2018) to (9/5/2019), and the field: tennis in the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports Sciences / University of Diyala.
