The aim of the research is preparing training for types of muscle strength, identifying the influence of muscle strength exercises in number of electromyography variables of the research sample, identifying the difference between post tests in investigated variables of research sample, the researchers are used experimental program to achieve the research goals, the research community has been specified intentionally from third stage of Khanaqin physical education institutes students they were 22 students and 14 of them has been selected as the sample of the research, so the sample is % 63.63 of the total group, the sample is divided randomly in to controlled and experimental groups by lottery way 7 students for each group, and the duration of training program was 9 weeks 2 training units per week on (Sunday-Wednesday) so it becomes 18 training units, the curriculum have been applied on the experimental group the researchers concluded the following conclusion: the muscle strength training which experimental group achieved has shown a significant progress in muscle strength explosive strength for (legs, arms), speed strength for (legs, arms) legs endurance strength) developing some types of muscles strength have effective roll in developing some electromyography variables of the research sample.
