This research aims to identify “the impact of participatory education strategy and its effect on acquiring the skill of the forehand jump on the floor mat of the artistic gymnasium for men”. Identify the students' attitudes toward the participatory education strategy in acquiring the skill of the forehand jump on the floor mat of the artistic gymnasium for men. The researchers used the experimental method of partial design of the experimental and control groups on a sample of third stage students/ Department of Physical Education and Sports Sciences of at College of Basic Education in University of Diyala for the academic year (2017-2018). The sample was randomly selected from the original research community and (40 students) divided into two equal groups, the first is experimental group about (20 students), the second is control group about (20 students), as well as the use of appropriate statistical tools, means and devices for research procedures. The recommendations were as follows: 1) the need to use participatory education in the acquisition of the skill of the forehands jump on the floor mat of the artistic gymnasium. 2) Use of modern and various educational methods and avoiding traditional methods.
