These great difficulties which need to behave like the hero and success, which abandon the group of the major needs, which capable to organization management for solve nay crises or active problem. It not doubtful that in the recent and condition which pass through our country, we suffer from the major and main shocks, didn't capable to depicted unless hardly, So the necessary for the academic department management to find much more problem and solve it. The researcher at that moment feel to find the inquire about the following: - What is the crises management at the academic department management ? - The sample of the research consist of (168) teachers. - The statistical menu for the research consist of four fields, (readiness, facing, undertaking, escaping, cooperation). - The research conclude to the crises management at academic department management was in the normal and good sometimes, there is recommend to propagate the spirit of cooperation and crises culture, then train the employees on treated the crises, and finally recommend to resting study.
