The current research aims to identify the impact of Using Puglia strategy in the achievement of fourth secondary class pupils chemistry were verified by objective validation null hypothesis following. There is no difference statistically significant at the level of significance (0.05) between the average scores of the experimental group who are studying with a strategy of Puglia and average grades control group who are studying in the usual way in achievement test. The current research is determined for fourth-grade students in the preparatory branch of scientific. Two classes were selected by simple random appointment and the research sample amounted (60) students into two classes each class contain (30) a student, Members of the two groups and was rewarded variables (intelligence, and previous information). Have been prepared in an objective test consisted of (20) paragraph, (10) paragraphs of multiple choice (5) paragraphs of complementary blanks type and (5) paragraphs of the essay type, the authenticity of the content was verified and preparation of the plan for test, difficulty and strength of discriminatory clauses was found and effective alternatives coefficient, reliability coefficient was account for paragraphs test. The results showed the superiority of the experimental group which studied using (Strategy Puglia) to the control group which studied the usual way (traditional), and it recommended the use of a modern researcher Strategy such as Puglia in the teaching of science subjects, especially chemistry, the researcher suggested to studies and other research on the impact of variables in Puglia Strategy, In other variables (such as skills development, the development of critical, thinking , the direction towards the article, acquire the concepts and retention).
