This study aims to put forward a proposal for a social group work method at the university for the development of community participation for female students by shedding light on the roles, styles and professional skills of social workers in the social group work, as well as identifying obstacles faced by social workers and the challenge of contributing to the development of the skills of the community participation of female university students. To achieve these goals, the researcher relies on analytical and descriptive study using survey method for comprehensive social workers at the university to collect data. This study has come out with a number of results related to its objectives and a proposed framework of group work for the development of community participation of female university students.
