Nonetheless, this study important to promoting skill (discussion) and the study aimed to: 1) knowledge of the level the skill of discussion in the sample children on the type (male ,female) . 2) Detection of thr effect of practical program of promoting the skill of discussion by type. However ,to basing the aims the researcher doing the following actions : 1) Building a scale for the skill depending on the steps which must be done ,the (discussion scale) consisting form (14) item , and the researcher assures from the availability of psychometric properties for the item (differentiation power , internal equilibration , factorial saturation ) so it was acceptable on the light of its in calculation manipulation in addition to tool property one of it is the clear truth and building truth and the power of confirmation by the method of ( K-R20) which reaching (0.748). 2) Diagnosis of the children levels for the purpose of testing the child in the two groups the tested and confirming , the size of skill of discussion was (40) children divided equally And the types . 3) Application of the educational program and the two tools of scaling on the two groups for the forward and far scales. The results which depend on testing the differences between the groups for forward scale concluding the following: 1) Existence of logical variation between count median for real degrees and for favor of experimental group of discussion skill. 2) The assessment of effect of experimental program of the sample of discussion skill was (2.481) more them the Cohen criterion.
