The leadership of various processes of change and progress and development tool in all organizations, whether industrial or commercial, or educational, which is working to achieve the goals by introducing the necessary improvements in the administrative organization, and the behavior of employees, and the means and methods of leadership, and the leadership of the organizations behavior analysis The changing nature and disclosure of determinants, is the need to understand the organizational performance and interpretation, not only this, but the human element management techniques all solving problems arising from the use to succeed, and which confirms that the successful leader is the one who can work to increase loyalty and organizational commitment among individuals and affiliation of the organization and increase their willingness to work, it is very important to look at the ingredients that make someone a leader, so that it can provide the Director of these skills, so do not keep official authority and power that gives career center lacks basic pillar, and highlights the problem of current research to answer the following question: Is there an organizational commitment in middle school from the perspective of teachers? Promising researchers a tool to measure organizational commitment included (3) areas: (emotional, continuity, standard), and included (23) paragraph. And distributed search tool on the sample totaling (400) teacher and school in general directorates of education Baghdad Karkh (first, second, third), and (5%), the rate of (144) males and 256 females, for the academic year (2013-2014), the study recommended the following: 1. benefit from organizational commitment as to the overall quality indicators evaluate the performance of middle school principals by the supervisors' scale. 2. that the General Directorates of Education is working to hold seminars and workshops regularly to discuss and engage the governing body and the faculty to learn everything new in the context of administrative work such as that the regulatory, organizational culture, and organizational success, and other new concepts.
