This research aims to know the scientific literacy level with scientific thinking skills of their pupils. The study sample includes (32) primary school which were chosen by random class method from mixed primary schools in general center directorate of alkarkh the second. The study sample forms 34% of the society. Male and female teacher were chosen from each school. Thus the male and female teacher sample were 32 teacher were choose. Thus the pupils sample were 1025 male and female pupils. A) The scientific literacy test of the teacher of science if the seven dimensions (understanding the nature of science, knowing the cognitive content of science, the relationship of science with technology and society, processes of science, science skills, tendencies, science tendencies, science values)/the test in the five dimensions. The first in the type of multiple (0.1).the sixth and seventh dimensions has been prepared according to the standard method of Lakard in the reality (1,2,3) for the positive items and (1,2,3) for the positive. The validity of tests by using the multiple type (difficulty coefficient, distinguishing, alternative effectiveness) also the constancy was found by using (Kudor Richardson20 alpha Cronbach) b) Testing the skills of the scientific thinking: a test for the test of skills wad adopted for the sample after the researcher determined the skills which the test is going to include a attest depending on the opinions of the experts and the teachers and experts with the supervisor, which are (observation, classification, comparison, experimenting, conclusion, prediction). She prepared a tests made up of 30 items including one skill, five skills per item. The apparent and content truth was verified. The statistical analysis of the items difficulty coefficient, distinguishing, and alternative effectiveness) also the constancy was found by using (Kudor Richardson- 20 alpha Cronbach).
