The current study aimed to identify the challenges facing Deaf and Hard of hearing female Teachers in using modern techniques. The study followed the descriptive method. The sample of study consisted of 35 female teachers of Deaf and Hard of hearing students in High School in the public schools in Riyadh. Both researchers used the questionnaire tool to collect data. The results showed that the most important challenges faced by female teacher of deaf and Hard of hearing students in the use of modern technologies were the dimension of challenges related to the financial, administrative and technical aspects. Followed by the challenges dimension related to the teacher aspects, followed by the challenges related to the plan and the curriculum, and finally came the challenges dimension related to the student. The results also showed that there were no statistically significant differences with regard to the directions of the individuals of the sample study on the challenges related to the aspects associated with the parameter, the aspects associated with the plan and the curriculum, the aspects associated with the student, as well as the aspects related to the financial, administrative and technical aspects due to the difference in the variable educational qualification (Bachelor, Master) the number of years of experience, and the training courses in the field of educational techniques.
