The aim of this study was to reveal the reality of the deaf and hearing-impaired children's problems in preschool, identify if there were any differences in teachers and parents' perception of the reality of the deaf and hearing-impaired children's problems in preschool attributed to gender variable, and to recognize the differences from teachers and parents' point of view about the problems of the deaf and hearing-impaired children attributed to disability power. The study adopted the descriptive approach and used the questionnaire as a tool for the study. The study sample included (45) parents and children in addition to (81) teachers. The most important results of study conducted that : educational, psychological, medical, behavioral, and social problems challenged the deaf and hearing-impaired children in preschool from the viewpoint of teachers and parents are found with medium degree, there were no statistically significant differences at significant 0.05 and less in teachers and parents' perception of the reality of the deaf and hearing-impaired children's problems in preschool attributed to gender and disability power variables, while there were statistically significant differences at significant 0.05 and less in teachers and parents' perception of the psychological, medical ,behavioral, and social problems, and it was clear that the teachers were more aware for these problems.
