The study aimed to identify the practice of creative thinking for science teachers of primary school and the extent to which they meet the aspirations of the future. Identify obstacles that limit the creative thinking skills of science teachers in primary schools and identify the motivational factors of creative thinking of primary science teachers. And to identify the appropriate material and human resources to achieve creative thinking in the field of science education. The study was based on the descriptive approach to information collection and analysis. The study population is the supervisor of science at the primary level in the area of Tabuk region (13 supervisors), which is the whole sample. The study was based on a survey of the opinion of the supervisors of science for the primary stage on the practice of creative thinking skills. The results of the study emphasize that the development of creative thinking skills encourage students to infer new relationships and interpret them in a scientific way. The lack of curriculum content is one of the biggest obstacles to the development of creativity skills among students and teachers. The teacher always needs moral and material support as well as equipping laboratories with modern technology to create a climate for practicing creative thinking for students. And interest in activating activities and attend meetings and events leads to stimulate the research and monetary memory of the teacher and increases the motivation for students to use brainstorming strategy. And activating permanent competitiveness among students to encourage mental energies to creativity. (Published abstract)
