هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى دور مديري المدارس في دولة الكويت في تفعيل الشراكة المجتمعية بتوفير المتطلبات اللازمة لدعم ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة. تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي المسحي، باستخدام استبانة تضمنت فقرات تفعيل الشراكة المجتمعية لدعم ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة، موزعة على مجالين هما: تفعيل الشراكة مع أفراد المجتمع المحلي، وتفعيل الشراكة مع هيئات ومؤسسات المجتمع المحلي، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (277) معلماً ومعلمة من معلمي المدارس في المرحلتين الابتدائية والمتوسطة في دولة الكويت، وأظهرت النتائج أنّ دور مديري المدارس في دولة الكويت في تفعيل الشراكة المجتمعية بتوفير المتطلبات اللازمة لدعم ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة جاء متوسطاً، وجاء مجال تفعيل الشراكة مع أفراد المجتمع المحلي أولاً، يليه مجال تفعيل الشراكة مع هيئات ومؤسسات المجتمع المحلي. كما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في تقديرات أفراد عينة الدراسة وفق متغيرات الجنس والخبرة والمؤهل العلمي، وفي ضوء النتائج قدم الباحث توصيات عدة منها: ضرورة تشجيع مديري المدارس في الكويت على تفعيل الشراكة المجتمعية لدعم ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة. The study aimed at identifying the role of schools headmasters in Kuwait in activating community partnership by providing the necessary requirements to support the special needs persons. The descriptive survey method was used together with a questionnaire which included the paragraphs of community partnership activation to support the special needs persons that is divided into two domains as follows: Activation of partnership with local community individuals and activation of partnership with local community organizations and institutions. The population of study consisted of (277) male and female school teachers at Primary and Preparatory stages in Kuwait. The findings showed that the role of schools headmasters in Kuwait in activating community partnership by providing the necessary requirements to support the special needs persons was medium, whereas the domain of activation of partnership with local community individuals occupied the first position followed by the domain of activation of partnership with local community organizations and institutions. Moreover, the findings showed that there were no statistically significant differences in the evaluations of population of study according to variables of sex, experience and education. In light of study findings, the researcher recommended the following: It deems necessary to encourage schools headmasters in Kuwait to activate community partnership to support the special needs persons.
