هدف البحث إلى التعرف على درجة توفر أبعاد المنظمة المتعلمة بالمدارس الثانوية بمنطقة الباحة والكشف عن الفروق في استجابات أفراد العينة تبعاً للمتغيرات (الجنس، طبيعة العمل، سنوات الخبرة، المؤهل العلمي، الدورات التدريبية). واستخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي (المسحي) واعتمدت مقياس أبعاد المنظمة المتعلمة (DLOQ) المعدل بواسطة ( Marsick و1999 Watkins ) وذلك بالتطبيق على عينة طبقية عشوائية مكونة من (396) مدير/ة ومعلم/ة. وأظهرت النتائج أن درجة توفر أبعاد المنظمة المتعلمة بالمدارس الثانوية جاء (بدرجة كبيرة). كما كشف البحث عن وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لتقدير توفر أبعاد المنظمة المتعلمة في المدارس تعزى لمتغير الجنس لصالح الإناث على الأداة ككل والأبعاد (فرص التعلم، الحوار، المشاركة، والبيئة الخارجية)، ويوجد فروق دالة إحصائياً تعزى لطبيعة العمل لصالح المدير/ة. ولم تظهر النتائج فروقاً دالة إحصائياً تبعاً لسنوات الخبرة ولمتغير المؤهل العملي للأداة، وأخيراً أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق دالة تبعا لمتغير الدورات التدريبية لصالح من حصلوا على دورات تدريبية في مجال المنظمة المتعلمة. The research aims to identify the degree of availability of learning organization dimensions of the secondary schools in Al-Baha province, and detect the differences in the responses of the sample depending on the variables (sex, nature of work, years of experience, academic qualification, training courses). The descriptive method (survey) was used, depending on measure of learning organization dimensions (DLOQ) by (Marsick and Watkins, 1994( was applied on a stratified random sample of (396), principals and teachers. The results showed that the degree of availability of learning organization dimensions in secondary schools got a high degree. The study also revealed significant differences for sex in favor of females in dimensions (learning opportunities, dialogue, participation, and outside environment). And there are significant differences for the nature of the work in favor of the principals. There are no significant differences for the years of experience and, academic qualification. Finally, there are differences for the training courses variable for who received training in the field of learning organization. (Published abstract)
