هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على أساليب تدريس المقررات الشرعية من قبل أعضاء هيئة التدريس بكلية الشريعة والدراسات الإسلامية في جامعة القصيم ومعوقات استخدامها،ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة طبق الباحث استبانتين على عينة مكونة من (293) طالبا من طلاب كلية الشريعة والدراسات الإسلامية في جامعة القصيم، تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية من مجتمع الدراسة وعددهم (5000) طالب،لذلك وضع الباحث أداة تقيس درجة امتلاكهم للكفايات، وتم التأكد من صدقها وثباتها. كما اعتمد الباحث المنهج الوصفي المسحي، وكانت أهم النتائج تشير إلى أن أكثر الاستراتيجيات استخداما إستراتيجية ضرب المثال, وتلاها استراتيجية التدريب العملي, ثم استراتيجية المحاضرة، وأقلها استخداما إستراتيجية تحليل النصوص, واستراتيجية تقنيات التعليم, واستراتيجية التعلم التعاوني. وكان مبررات استخدام أعضاء هيئة التدريس لاستراتيجيات التدريس ترجع إلى كثرة أعداد الطلاب وكمية المادة العلمية، وعدم استيعاب عضو هيئة التدريس بجميع استراتيجيات التدريس، وقد أوصت الدراسة بضرورة استخدام إستراتيجيات فاعلة ومتنوعة، وتدريب أعضاء هيئة التدريس على استراتيجيات التدريس لزيادة النمو المهني التربوي، وحصر أعداد الطلاب في القاعة حسب تعليمات الجودة والاعتماد الأكاديمي مع عدم السماح بالساعات الزائدة لعضو هيئة التدريس الذي أكمل نصابه التدريسي. The study aimed at identifying the teaching strategies used by the faculty members at the Faculty of Sharia at the University of AL-Qaseem, and the obstacles faced in such strategies. To achieve this goal, researchers applied 2 questionnaires to a sample of 293 students from the students of the Faculty of Sharia at the University of AL-Qaseem. The students in the sample were chosen randomly from a student body consisting of 5000 male and female students. The researcher set in place a mechanism to measure the degree of competency possessed. The authenticity of the study was verified by having a group of arbitrators view the study and their subsequent opinions were noted. The study and its applications were also authentically verified by a sample group from outside the study sample group consisting of 20 male and female students. A week later the survey was applied yet again to this same sample group. The consistency of this study was further verified using the Cronbach's alpha formula. The result was that these ratios were suitable for this study. The researcher adopted a descriptive survey strategies, and the most important results indicate that the most striking example of strategies commonly used were example giving. This was followed by a hands-on training strategy, and then a lecture strategy. The least commonly used strategies were textual analysis strategy, strategic learning techniques, and the cooperative learning strategy. The rationale behind faculty members using these strategies was to do with the large number of students and the amount of scientific material. Also, an apparent lack of knowledge the faculty have about different teaching techniques. The study recommended that the use of active and diverse strategies, training and teaching faculty members teaching strategies to increase vocational educational growth, and restricting the number of students in the hall by accreditation and quality hours with not allowing the excess to a faculty member who has completed redress teaching instructions.
