هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن معوقات الانضمام إلى الأحزاب السياسية، و ذلك من خلال استطلاع وجهة نظر عينة طالبات جامعة البلقاء في محافظـات الـشمال بلغـت (150) طالبا وطالبة. وقد أظهرت النتائج أن درجة المعوقات كانت عالية على مجالي " المعوقات الاجتماعية والمعوقات التشريعية ) في حين كانت الدرجة متوسـطة للمجـال المعوقات السياسية. كما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحـصائية علـى مجالات الأداة تعزى لمتغيري التخصص، السنة الدراسية. وفي ضوء نتـائج الدراسـة يوصى الباحث بضرورة ضرورة سن التشريعات والأنظمة والقوانين الكفيلة بتنظيم عمل الأحزاب وتفعيلها، وضرورة التوعية بأهمية الأحزاب فـي المجتمعـات ودورهـا فـي ازدهاره وتقدمة. This study aims at detecting obstacles in joining the political parties; this was done through a poll given to a sample of Balqaa University in south governorate student, reached up to 150 students (males and females). The result has shown that the level of the obstacles was high in two fields, (the social and the legislative) whereas the level of the obstacles was medium in the political field. The results have also shown that there is a lack of differences which have statistical significance on the tools areas due to the variables and the school year. In the light of the results of the study, the researcher recommends the need to enact legislations, regulations and laws to ensure organizing and activating the work of those parties, and the importance of spreading the awareness regarding the importance of the communities, and their role in the development and progress.
