تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز أهمية تطبيق الإدارة بالمشاركة في التعليم الجامعي للمساهمة في إيجاد حلول لبعض المشكلات التي يعاني منها قطاع التعليم العالي في الجزائر خاصة في السنوات الأخيرة، تؤثر على نوعية التعليم العالي، حيث أن هذه المؤسسات بحاجة إلى وجود إطار إداري والتزام أخلاقي وقوانين واضحة بشفافية وإفصاح عادل وفعالية تنظيمية يضمن لها حلول جذرية لمعالجة تضارب المصالح، وضبط سير عملها، مما يحقق لها الحوكمة والتميز الإداري. ومن هنا تطرح مشكلة البحث في السؤال الرئيسي الآتي: ما أهمية تطبيق إستراتيجية الإدارة بالمشاركة في تحقيق التميز والحوكمة في الأداء الإداري بالمؤسسات الجامعية الجزائرية. وقد أوصى البحث بضرورة إبعاد هذه المؤسسات عن البيروقراطية والعلاقات الشخصية، وضرورة الالتزام بتطبيق قواعد الحوكمة والإدارة التشاركية تحت مرجعية قوانين وتعليمات وزارة التعليم العالي. is study seeks to highlight the importance of contemporary administration in university education and participatory administration to contribute to finding solutions to some of the problems experienced by higher education in Algeria, especially the problems that are related to the quality of higher education. As these institutions need to have a framework that guarantees radical solutions to address conflicts of interest, and to regulate their functioning with transparent systems and laws with transparency, fair disclosure and organizational effectiveness, thus achieving governance and administrative excellence. Hence, the research problem was raised in the following main question: What is the importance of applying the management strategy to participate in achieving excellence and governance in the administrative performance in the Algerian university institutions.
