يهدف هذا المقال إلى معرفة طبيعة العلاقة القائمة بين كل من مؤسسة الأسرة والمدرسة، إذ تعتبران من أهم المؤسسات التي اصطنعهما المجتمع للقيام بعملية التنشئة الاجتماعية، باعتبارها عملية تهدف إلى إكساب الفرد المعايير والقواعد الاجتماعية التي تمكنه من التوافق الاجتماعي وتيسر له عملية الإندماج داخل المجتمع. فالأسرة والمدرسة هما المؤسستان التربويتان الأكثر أهمية من بين بقية المؤسسات الأخرى نظرا لمكناتهما ودورهما الفعال في عملية التنشئة الإجتماعية، ولا يمكن للأسرة والمدرسة النجاح في هذه العملية إلا إذا كان هناك تكامل وظيفي بينهما على مستوى المهام والأهداف لتحقيق تنمية شاملة للفرد والمجتمع. إذ لا يتسنى للأسرة وحدها القيام بعملية التنشئة الإجتماعية دون مساعدة المدرسة فبتوطيد هذه العلاقة ستتحقق الأهداف التربوية التي تسعى لها كلا المؤسستين. The purpose of this article is to know the nature of the relationship between the institution of the family and the school, which are considered one of the most important institutions that the society synthesized to undertake the socialization process, as a process aimed at giving the individual the social norms that enable him to social harmony It facilitates the integration process within the community. The family and school are the most important educational institutions among other institutions because of their potential and their active role in the socialization process, and the family and school cannot succeed in this process unless there is functional complementarity between them at the level of tasks and objectives for the development Inclusive of the individual and society. It is not possible for the family alone to carry out the socialization process without the help of the school. By consolidating this relationship, the educational goals pursued by both institutions will be achieved. (Published abstract)
