هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التطرق إلى موضوع هام من المواضيع التي حظيت باهتمام العلماء والمفكرين، ألا وهو موضوع تقويم البرامج والذي تناولناه في ضوء المعايير والنماذج، فجاء هذا العرض في ثلاث أجزاء رئيسة، تناولنا في الجزء الأول عرض لمصطلحات الدراسة، وفي الجزء الثاني تحدثنا فيه عن معايير تقويم البرامج فكان لكل معيار منها مؤشرات تعكس مستوى الأداء المطلوب، بينما الجزء الثالث تم الحديث فيه عن نماذج تقويم البرامج وكان كل نموذج يحمل في طياته فلسفات تربوية مختلفة، وفي الأخير قدمنا بعض الاعتبارات التي يجب مراعاتها عند استخدام النماذج. The aim of this study is to address an important subject that has attracted the attention of scholars and thinkers, namely the subject of programs evaluation, which we discussed in the light of standards and models. This presentation came in three main parts. In the first part, we discussed the terms of the study. In the second part, we talked about the standards of programs evaluation. Each standard has its indicators that reflect the required level of performance. As regards the third part, we talked about the different models of programs evaluation, and each model carried different educational philosophies. Finally, we presented some measures that should be taken into consideration when using those models. (Published abstract)
