Mediation, education, and digital technology are now inseparable. New technologies are essential tools for the training of mediators. Mediation is above all a digital mediation. Digital technologies are tools for mediation and communication. Unequal access to new technologies hinders the function of mediation. To bridge the digital divide defines lower. The geographical distribution of university institutions and their density in the greater Tunis and the coastal regions impel the use of the Internet and the PCs because not of the private possession of these technologies but of their "public" availability.
