This study aimed at revealing the role of school leadership in light of the powers granted to principals and principals in Irbid governorate in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. The reality of the school leadership in Irbid governorate in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan and the powers granted to principals and principals in Irbid governorate And how to improve the reality of the school leadership in the schools in the Irbid governorate in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. The study concluded that the degree of application of the democratic school leadership style was medium, that the degree of application of the relative school leadership style was medium, and that the reality The authority granted to school principals in Irbid governorate came to a moderate degree, and the obstacles faced by managers in Irbid governorate were high.
