The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of SCAMPER’s Strategy of developing communication skills with immediate and delayed learning achievements of Fiqh al Hadith (1) on students of The College of Sharia and Islamic Studies at Qassim University. To achieve this goal, the study sought to answer the following two questions: 1) What is the effect of SCAMPER Strategy of developing communication skills of Fiqh al Hadith (1) on students of The College of Sharia and Islamic Studies at Qassim University? 2) What is the effect of SCAMPER Strategy of immediate and delayed learning achievement of Fiqh al Hadith (1) on students of The College of Sharia and Islamic Studies at Qassim University? The researcher used the quasi experimental method where he/she made Hadith test, and designed a guide for staff members according to the SCAMPER Strategy. The study was applied on the second term of the academic year 2017/2018. The study was conducted with 58 students from The College of Sharia and Islamic Studies at Qassim University. The students were selected as purposive sample, then distributed randomly into two groups: the first one was “Experimental”, whereas, 26 students who were taught using SCAMPER Strategy. The other group was “Controlled Group” where 32 students were taught traditionally (the normal method). The obtained results showed a significant statistical difference at (0.5= a) between the averages of immediate and delayed learners and communication skills attributed to the change of teaching strategies towards the performance of students of this experimental group. In light of the results, the researcher recommended to train faculty members to employ SCAMPER's strategy in teaching Hadith in general, and Fiqh al Hadith in particular, for its role in developing thinking and communication skills of the students.
