بهدف دراسة العلاقة بين الحكم الأخلاقي الشائع بين طلبة الجامعات حسب نظرية كولمبرج للحكم الأخلاقي والاتجاه نحو الغش في الامتحانات، تم تطبيق الدراسة الحالية على (118) طالب جامعي، وتم استخدام مقياس الحكم الأخلاقي لكولبرج ومقياس الاتجاه نحو الغش لعبد الفتاح حافظ بعد تكييفهما على البيئة الجزائرية وتم التوصل إلى مجموعة من النتائج المهمة حول النمو الخلقي المنتشر لدى طلبة الجامعة، وعدم وجود فروق بين الجنسين في النمو الخلقي والاتجاه نحو الغش في الامتحان، والتي يمكن استثمارها للتكفل بظاهرة الغش في الامتحانات في الجامعات الجزائرية. In order to study the relationship between the moral judgment common among university students according to the Kollemberg theory of moral judgment and the attitude towards cheating in exams, the current study was applied to (118) university students. we used The measure of moral judgment for Kolemberg, and towards cheating scale there adapted in Algerian society, we reached a set of important results were found about the Ethical provisions of university students, and the absence of gender differences in Ethical provisions and the trend towards cheating in the exam, We can be invested to ensure the phenomenon of cheating in the examinations in Algerian universities.
