The present study aimed to investigate the relationship between conflict management strategies and teachers' communication efficiency, the degree of using conflict management strategies and the level of communication efficiency among teachers, and to define whether there are statistically significant differences in conflict management strategies and communication efficiency due to variables of gender, scientific qualification and years of experience. The study used conflict management strategies scale and communication efficiency scale. The sample consisted of (488) teachers. The results of the study showed that the most strategies used were integrating strategy, followed by avoidant strategy, compromising strategy, obliging strategy, and dominating strategy, while the level of communication efficiency was medium. The results also showed statistically significant differences in the use of integrating strategy, avoiding strategy and compromising strategy attributed to teacher gender, in favor of male teachers, and statistically significant differences in the use of integrating strategy and avoiding strategy attributed to scientific qualification, in favor of teachers who have a bachelors degree, and statistically significant differences in the use of avoiding strategy attributed to years of experience, in favor of teachers who have more than (10) years of experience. The results of study also showed a positive correlation between (integrating strategy, avoiding strategy and compromising strategy) and communication efficiency, but a negative correlation between (obliging strategy, dominating strategy), and communication efficiency.
