The aim of this study is Effect program based on Swartz's model for developing Habits of mind and Self-Efficacy in Physics for the 1st Grade Girls students of the secondary Education. The study sample consisted of (64) girl's students at Al-Saida Zainab school in the greater Municipality. The researcher prepared two scales, one of them measures eight Habits of mind for the students of the study sample (perseverance, management of impulsivity, thinking interdependently, flexible thinking, questioning and posing problems, applying past knowledge to new situation, imagining, innovation, and creating, remaining open to continuous learning) was has reliability (0.84). And the second scale measures Self-Efficacy, It was contain (39) items triple gradient, It was has reliability (0.84). The statistical analysis of collected data showed the following results: There was a statistically significant difference between the average degrees of the experimental group and the control group in favor of the experimental group at confidence level of (0.01 ≤ α) in the scale of the habits of the mind, and Size Effect (η2) for independent variable (program standing on Swartz's model) on Habits of mind measures was )0.73 . There was a statistically significant difference between the average degrees of the experimental group and the control group in favor of experimental group at confidence level of (0.01 ≤ α) in the Self-Efficacy scales, and Size Effect (η2) for independent variable (program standing on Swartz's model) on Self-Efficacy measures was (0.43).
