The study aims to achieve a number of objectives, namely: identifying the reality of the prevalent organizational culture amongst religious institutes teachers in Riyadh, determining the level of job satisfaction thereof, studying the correlation between the organizational culture and the level of job satisfaction, and identifying the statistical significance at the level of (0.05) in the answers of the participants in the study with respect to the following variables: (academic qualification, specialization and years of expertise). The most significant results are: 1) The reality of the organizational culture amongst religious institutes teachers in Riyadh is highly significant. 2) The level of job satisfaction amongst these teachers is moderate. 3) There is a statistically significant correlation at the level of (0.01) between the total score of the prevalent organizational culture and that of the level of job satisfaction among the teachers. 4) There are no statistically significant differences between the average scores of the answers concerning the reality of the prevalent organizational culture among the teachers of the religious institutes in Riyadh as well as concerning the level of their job satisfaction depending on the variables of educational qualification, specialization, and years of service in the field of education.
