هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على الاضطرابات النفسية الشائعة لدى المراهقين ذوي الإعاقة الفكرية، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (380) طالبا من الذكور الملتحقين ببرامج ومعاهد التربية الفكرية الثانوية بمدينة الرياض. تتراوح أعمارهم ما بين (15-18) عاما بمتوسط عمري (17.2) عاما، وانحراف معياري (1.1)، منهم (214) طالبا من ذوي الإعاقة الفكرية البسيطة، و (166) من ذوي الإعاقة الفكرية المتوسطة. تم تطبيق بطاقة ملاحظة اضطراب قصور الانتباه، وبطاقة ملاحظة نوبات الغضب، ومقياس القلق العام، ومقياس اضطراب الوسواس القهري وجميعها من إعداد الباحث. وأسفرت نتائج الدراسة عن أن أكثر الاضطرابات النفسية انتشارا هو اضطراب نوبات الغضب، يليه اضطراب القلق العام، ثم اضطراب قصور الانتباه، وأخيرا اضطراب الوسواس القهري، كما أوضحت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0.01) بين متوسط درجات مجموعة المراهقين ذوي الإعاقة الفكرية البسيطة، ومتوسط درجات مجموعة المراهقين ذوي الإعاقة الفكرية المتوسطة في جميع الاضطرابات ا لنفسية وذلك لصالح مجموعة ذوي الإعاقة الفكرية المتوسطة، مما يدل على العلاقة الطردية بين الاضطراب النفسي ومستوى شدة الإعاقة. This study aimed at identifying the common psychological disorders among intellectually disabled adolescents. The study sample consisted of (380) male students who enrolled in intellectual education’s programs and secondary institutes in Riyadh. Their ages ranged between (15-18) years with an average age of (17.2 years) and a standard deviation of (1.1). The sample included (214) students who have mild intellectual disability and (166) students who have moderate intellectual disability. To achieve the objective of the study, attention deficit disorder observation checklist, anger observation checklist, general anxiety scale, and obsessive-compulsive disorder scale, all of which were prepared by the researcher, were applied. The results revealed that the most common psychological disorders is anger disorder, followed by general anxiety disorder, followed by attention deficit disorder and finally the obsessive-compulsive disorder. The results also showed that there were statistically significant differences at the level of (0.01) between the average scores of the adolescents group who have mild intellectual disability and the average scores of the adolescents group who have moderate intellectual disability in all psychological disorders in favor of the group who have moderate intellectual disability showing that there is a direct relation between psychological disorder and the severity of disability.
