The objective of this research is to find out the relationship between vocational training outcomes and self-concept of students(Trainees) in vocational training centers in Khartoum state (Karari canter), and to achieve this goal researcher followed the descriptive method was chosen as the center unintended way , was chosen as the research sample randomly regular strength (130 students) various related aspect. The study included tools to identify vocational training out comes of research and self-concept prepared by the Arab his image Allawi and Shimon(1963:160 – 195), has been treated statistically data by statistical package for the social science program (SPSS), using the methods(phacornback) t -test for one sample and t – rest for two independent sample and correlation coefficient of Pearson, and the researcher found the following results: 1) Are training outcomes for Students(Trainees) in vocational training centers in Khartoum state (Karari center) rise. 2) The characterized of self-concept among students (Trainees) in vocational training centers in Khartoum state (Karari center) to rise. 3) No statistically signification correlation between the outcomes of vocational training and self-concept among students (Trainees) (Karari center). 4) There are significant differences in self-concept training centers in and the type of specialization among students (Trainees) (Karari center). 5) There are statistically significant in vocational training outcomes and academic level for benefit of students of secondary outputs differences. 6) No statistically significant differences in self-concept and academic level for benefit of students of secondary differences. The most important recommendations emphasize the role of counselor in vocational training centers to help trainees to solve their problems and to increase their self-confidence. (Author’s abstract)
