The objectives of the study is to know the difficulties of carrying out classroom activities in the developed English textbook in the first years of the secondary school from the point of view of the female teachers in Makkah. To know the differences in response of the first year secondary female teachers and attribute that to the following factors (experience and training courses). The researcher uses the descriptive method because it is the best to identify all the study aspects.The researcher uses a questionnaire to collect the needed data in answering the study questions. The study sample consists of 25 female teachers who represent 100% of the female teachers who teach the first year developed English textbook in Makkah. The study concluded to the following: The teachers of the developed English textbook faces some difficulties in carrying out the classroom activities that are related to this course and these difficulties can be divided into: difficulties related to the teacher, difficulties related to the student, difficulties related the developed English textbook and finally difficulties related to the educational means. There is no statistical evidence for the average of the teachers' response in the first year secondary that is connected to (experience years and training course). Based on the results of the study, the researcher recommends the following: Attention must be given to the content of the specialized English language courses and that they must be extensive. Periodical meetings must be held with students' parents to discuss the difficulties that prevent carrying out the classroom activities courses for the developed English textbook. The teachers of the developed English textbook in the first year secondary should be given rewards to encourage them to participate in these training courses. (Published abstract)
