هدف البحث إلى معرفة واقع الكفاءة الداخلية الكمية لنظام التعليم الثانوي في الجمهورية اليمنية، من خلال قياس مؤشرات تلك الكفاءة، ولهذا الغرض استخدم البحث أسلوب إعادة تركيب الفوج لحساب المؤشرات الدالة على الكفاءة الداخلية الكمية لنظام التعليم الثانوي، وذلك من خلال بناء الهيكل البياني للتدفق الطلابي الذي يسمح بحساب (معدل النجاح، ومعدل الرسوب، ومعدل التسرب) للأفواج الدراسية، ومن ثم حساب مؤشرات الكفاءة الداخلية الكمية ومستوى هذه الكفاءة. أظهرت نتائج البحث أن نظام التعليم الثانوي في الجمهورية اليمنية لم يرق إلى الوصول لتحقيق أهدافه الكمية بالمستوى المطلوب، الأمر الذي أثر على كفاءته الداخلية الكمية، وأن نسبة الفقد الكمي الناتج عن الرسوب والتسرب لدى الطلبة بلغ (40.42%)، وقدم البحث بعض التوصيات لرفع مستوى هذه الكفاءة وزيادة فعاليتها لتصل إلى المستوى المأمول. The aim of the research is to explore out the reality of the quantitative internal efficiency of the secondary education system in the republic of Yemen, for this purpose, the researcher used the regrouping method to calculate the indicators of the internal quantitative efficiency of the secondary education system, this is done by constructing a student flow graph structure that allows calculation of the success rate, repetition rate, and dropout rate for the cohorts, and then calculating the quantitative internal efficiency indicators and the level of efficiency. Results showed that the secondary education system was not up to the level to achieve its objectives. This leaves its impact on the internal quantum efficiency, and quantification of loss resulting from student failure and dropout ratio was 40.42% the research presented some recommendations to raise the efficiency and effectiveness up to the desired level.
