The study aimed to determine evaluation of the supervisor performance degree of supervisory activities from the point of view of public schools’ principals in Aqaba city in Jordan. The Researcher used the descriptive method survey due to its appropriateness to the purposes of the study. The population consisted of principals of public schools in Aqaba city. The sample contained (24) principals. To obtain data the study instrument was built, which included four areas ,to reveal the supervisor performance degree of supervisory activities from the point of view of public schools principals in Aqaba city in Jordan. The study results indicated that: overall average of the Supervisor performance degree of supervisory activities from the point of view of public schools principals in Aqaba city in Jordan was high in arithmetic mean (3.85). At the sub-level of areas, the Human relationships field was ranked first, and the the field of Curriculum and school books with arithmetic mean (4.1) was very high, in the second ranked came the field of Learning and education with arithmetic mean (3.8) was high. ranked last was the field of the school administration was with arithmetic mean (3.5) was medium. The results of the study showed that there are no of the degree to the supervisor performance degree of supervisory activities related to the gender. In the light of the results of the study, a number of recommendations and proposals were presented to improve the determine evaluation of the supervisor performance degree of supervisory activities.
