هدف البحث إلى التعرف على أثر استخدام طريقة العروض العملية في زيادة التحصـيل الدراسي في مادة الفيزياء لطلاب الصف الثالث الثانوي بولاية الخرطوم، وقد استُخدم فـي البحث المنهج التجريبي،وحدد الباحث مجتمع البحث مدرسة بحري الثانوية الحكومية بنـين الواقعة في محلية بحري وفيه قسم الباحث عينة البحث إلى مجموعتين، مجموعة تجريبيـة (أولى) ومجموعة ضابطة (ثانية). قام الباحث بتحكيم اختبار من مجموعة من الأسئلة وذلك للتعرف على مستوي التحصيل الدراسي لدى الطلاب افراد العينة. بعـد تصـحيح أوراق المجموعتين اتضح أن نتائج الاختبار كانت لصالح المجموعـ ة التجريبيـة (الأولـى) فـي التحصيل الدراسي .وقد توصل البحث إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها ما يلي: 1) يمكن تطبيق طريقة العروض العملية في تدريس مادة الفيزياء في الصف الثالث الثانوي. 2) توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الطلاب الذين درسوا بطريقة العـروض العمليـة والطلاب الذين درسوا بالطريقة التقليدية لصالح طلاب المجموعة الأولى. 3) تبين أن هذه الطريقة تعمل على تنمية بعض المهارات التطبيقية لدى الطلاب. 4) خلال الدراسات السابقة تبين أن الطرق الحديثة من عروض عملية وغيرها تعمل علـي تنمية أنماط مختلفة من التفكير، مثل التفكير الإستدلالي والتفكير الإبتكاري والتفكير الناقد كما تعمل علي إطالة أمد التذكر وبقاء أثر التعلم . وقد خرج البحث بعدة توصيات أهمها ما يلي: 1) العمل على توفير أدوات المعامل من نماذج وعينات. 2) الاهتمام بالمعمل المدرسي في صيانة المباني. 3) اتباع الطرق الحديثة في تدريس المواد، خاصة العلوم. The main aim of the study is to investigate the impact of using demonstration method in enhancing the learning achieving of the third level students in physics who are enrolled in secondary school in Khartoum state. The study used the experimental method in obtaining the results in which the researcher split the sample of the study into two groups; experimental group (first one) and the control group (second one). The researcher has designed a test which consists of questions so as to find out the variation between the students in achievement of understanding and remembering. After obtaining the test's results, the advantage was for the first group. The study has obtained the following important results: 1) The demonstration method can be applied in teaching physics in third level of secondary school. 2) There were statistical differences between the students who studied by the demonstration method and those who studies by traditional method and the advantage was for the first group. 3) The demonstration method has a great role in developing students' skills, especially applied skills. 4) the relevant previous studies has proved that using modern demonstration methods can help developing different ways of thinking such as critical, proofing and innovative thoughts and they are helpful in lengthening the memory time and also help remaining the effect of learning. Based on the previous results, the researcher suggests the following recommendations: 1) Providing the tools in laboratories including samples. 2) Giving a good care for school laboratories in maintaining the buildings. 3) Following the modern approaches of teaching especially in science and giving them superiority over the traditional methods.
