The aim of this study was to identify the micro-education and its role in the qualification of the teacher-student in the last stage of the Faculty of Education at Najran University. This study also aimed to know the degree of female students' training in the teaching competencies of the micro-education as the researcher used the descriptive analytical method by adopting a measuring instrument (note card). Where the study population of all the students of the last stage in the College of Education at the University of Najran within the first semester 2017/2018, and their number is (25) students. To determine the sample of the study, a comprehensive survey method was used for all elements of the study population. The results showed that the arithmetic mean for the application of teaching competencies in the field of micro-education varied between (3.77-4.76) with a high degree of practice for all fields. The order of the fields according to the arithmetic mean was as follows: strategy and method of teaching, planning, Teaching and technology, personal and administrative, scientific material, connection and communication, and the mean of the instrument as a whole (3.95) with a high rating. The results also showed that there is a statistical importance to the effect of the micro education on the degree of application of teaching competencies. (Published abstract)
