هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن درجة ممارسة مديري المدارس في لواء الأغوار الشمالية للقيادة الأخلاقية من وجهة نظر معلمي المدارس. اتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، حيث تكونت عينة الدراسة من (317) معلمًا ومعلمة تم اختيارهم بالطريقة المتناسبة، ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة تم تطبيق استبانة مكونة من (26) فقرة موزعة على مجالات: السمات الشخصية، والسمات الإدارية، والعلاقات الإنسانية، والاتصال مع الآخرين، وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أنّ درجة ممارسة القيادة الأخلاقية ومجالاتها لدى مديري المدارس في لواء الأغوار الشمالية من وجهة نظر معلمي المدارس قد جاءت (متوسطة). وبينت النتائج عدم وجود فرق دال إحصائيًا عند مستوى الدلالة (α=0.05) بين الوسطين الحسابيين للقيادة الأخلاقية لدى مديري المدارس في لواء الأغوار الشمالية من وجهة نظر معلمي المدارس يعزى للجنس والتخصص، ووجود فروق دالة إحصائيًا عند مستوى الدلالة (α=0.05) بين الأوساط الحسابية للقيادة الأخلاقية لدى مديري المدارس في لواء الأغوار الشمالية من وجهة نظر معلمي المدارس تعزى للخبرة؛ لصالح معلمي المدارس من ذوي الخبرات المتقدمة (من 10 سنوات فأكثر)، وفي ضوء نتائج الدراسة تم تقديم مجموعة من التوصيات منها: عقد دورات تدريبية لمديري المدارس تختص بآليات العمل التعاوني مع المعلمين والقادة الإداريين، لتمكينهم من ممارسة هذا البعد الأخلاقي في القيادة بشكل أكثر فاعلية. The purpose of the study was to investigate the degree of practicing ethical leadership by school principals in Northern Ghour district as perceived by school teachers. The study adopted the descriptive analytical approach, as the sample consisted of (317) male and female teachers selected through proportional sampling. To achieve the aim of the study a (26) items questionnaire distributed into for domains: personal features, administrative features, humanitarian relationships and communication with others was administrated on the sample. The findings of the study showed that the degree of practicing ethical leadership by school principals in Northern Ghour district is in an average level. Further, there were no significant statistical differences at the level of (α= 0.05) between the means of practicing ethical leadership of school principals attributed to gender and major, while; the differences were attributed to experience in favor of teachers with more than 10 years of experience. Based on the findings the study presented several recommendations such as: conducting training courses for school principals regarding cooperative working techniques with teachers and administrative leaders to enable them form practicing this ethical domain more effectively.
