هدف البحث إلى الكشف عن العلاقة بين الصحة النفسية وتقدير الذات لدى أطفال الشوارع، تألفت عينة البحث من (50) طفلا وطفلة، وتم تطبيق مقياسا البحث -مقياس الصحة النفسية ومقياس تقدير الذات وهما (من إعداد الباحثة)، وقد أسفرت نتائج البحث عن أن أطفال الشوارع أظهروا مستوى منخفض في الصحة النفسية وكذلك الحال بالنسبة لتقدير الذات، فضلا عن وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة دالة إحصائيا بين الصحة النفسية وتقدير الذات. وفي ضوء نتائج البحث أوصت الباحثة ببعض التوصيات والمقترحات. The goal of the research is to uncover the relationship between mental health and self-esteem among street children, the sample consisted of (50) children, the research criteria were applied, Mental Health Scale and the self-assessment scale (which were prepared by the researcher). The results of the research resulted in Street children showed a low level of mental health as well as self-esteem، and the existence of a positive correlational relationship between the mental health and self-esteem. On the results of the research, the researcher recommended some recommendations and suggestions. (Published abstract)
