The present study aims to identify the degree of participative leadership practice, administrative creativity level, as well as their correlation among the principals of public education schools in Najran from the teachers' perspective. It designed and applied two questionnaires to evaluate the participative leadership and administrative creativity to a randomly selected sample of (226) teachers; (114) males and (112) females. Results revealed that the degree of participative leadership practice among the principals of public education schools in Najran was high. There were no statistically significant differences in the degree of participative leadership practice among the leaders of public education schools in Najran due to gender, academic qualification, and teaching experience. The administrative creativity level of public education school principals in Najran was high. There were no statistically significant differences in the degree of administrative creativity among the principals of public education schools in Najran due to gender, academic qualification, and teaching experience. There was a statistically significant correlation between the participative leadership practice and administrative creativity level among the principals of public education schools in Najran.
